Password cancel button

Postby asmith3006 » 22nd Jun 2006 18:37

When sending an e-mail using enigmail the "please enter your passphrase" box is a lovely stop gap for suddenly realising you've made a mistake in the e-mail.

The problem is, that the only way to get out of it is to Ok the box with an incorrect password and then cancel the error message.

Would it be possible to add a third button to the dialogue? Or at least changing the behaviour of the cancel button. At the moment all it does it return you to the same window.

Also, I don't know if it's an extension I've installed or the latest thunderbird, but now when I send mail I have to manually click on the box to type my password in, in the past it's been selected for me. Any suggestions?

Thanks.

Andrew.

This is a known bug in Enigmail. Press and hold the ESC key until you're back at the composer window.
