We cannot resolve your problem
for you. To do so would require physical or remote access to your machine. We can only assist in you resolving the problem based on the information that you provide; we're not omniscient.
Since it's [b]not operating[\b] it might be more accurate to say that you have Enigmail 0.94.1 [i]installed[\i]. That absent any other required information doesn't tell us very much (sort of like telling the colour of your CPU case.. OK, a bit more useful), only that you most likely installed Enigmail from the main install page, maybe just maybe.
Would you mind providing some additional useful details, such as the OS, mail client, and GnuPG versions?
If you are running Linux, was your version of Thunderbird or Seamonkey packaged by the distro provider or was it downloaded from Mozilla.org?
On the chance that you are running a {Li|U}nix system, what does the command 'which gpg' return?
