Building for Ubuntu 8.10 Seamonkey

I've documented the process of building enigmail for Seamonkey in Ubuntu 8.10.
You can read about it here
I did it using the source debs from Ubuntu rather than the process I'd used previously (using the source tree which had been used as the base for the debs) when building enigmail for Debian Etch.
