Forget single-use addresses

Do you have a suggestion for a feature that you think would make Enigmail better? Post it here! Don't use this for bugs or other problems.

Forget single-use addresses

It'd be nice, when in "Prompt for every recipient" mode, to be able to say "I'm never going to use this address again, send the mail and don't add it to the list".

This is for responses to subscription confirmation messages and the like.

Sounds like an interesting feature. Not one that would be used a lot, but perhaps a useful feature. I was thinking that some form of check-box might be the most effective way to do that? Just blue sky here...thinking "how could this be put into the interface if it were to be included?"

I'm not keen on this idea. For example, if you were on a mailing list with incoming signatures all the time, you would need to continuously download keys to verify signatures etc.

Obviously, its success would depend on how it worked with the interface, but constant "OK" and "Check This Box" windows would not be welcome. Just overcomplicating the sending / receiving of encrypted messages which would discourage their use.
